We are looking forward to Roasters Block’s Swofford furniture installation on Monday! The furniture was intially supposed to be installed 6+ months ago, but as sometimes happens with large projects (or any project) the deadline is extended because of unknown construction details that simply take more time. Nevertheless, 6 floors of lobby furniture will finally see new life, with artwork and accessories to install at the beginning of January.
We love this building and it’s history with the Garmet District and Folgers Coffee Plant. It is so fun to stop in the Boss, and see its transformation, booming with city dwellers that call it home.
