We are stoked for our renovation of Roaster’s Block Swofford with O’Reilly Development, SWD Architects and Build LLC…that is being transformed into very cool apartments. The windows are enormous, the ceilings on the first floor are sandblasted…Lisa and I picked out the units we would rent! Check out Roaster’s Block website to pre-lease your unit! The Boss is Swofford’s neighbor to the north that holds the social lounge, leasing offices, fitness + yoga, coffee bar, etc, and it is nearly full! Swofford is such a beautiful building inside and out. There are a slew of amenities unique to Swofford residence.
